Cleaning up to go home

It has been a long time since the Reed family has gotten away to spend time together and since Leigha is leaving again for Asia (she will be gone until the beginning of December) and Bethany is getting married soon, we decided that it was now or never. Justin's parents (Bethany's future mother and father-in-law) were away for a few weeks and they graciously let us "borrow" their house for a weekend! We had a wonderful time just playing games and sitting around the table talking. It was a special time for making some precious memories and we are so thankful to the Lord for giving us this gift!

Firewood!

It's that time of year when you have to start thinking about how you're going to stay warm this winter :-) Last Thursday Dad, Zach, Caleb, Josiah, and Hannah worked together doing firewood while Asa and Levi amused themselves in the back of Grandpa's truck!

I'm sorry that it has been so long since I have posted anything. I am enjoying my last summer at home with my family and working on wedding plans.

We had so much fun going bowling as a family Saturday night.

Levi and Asa did a great job.

Zach's trip to Acadia with friends

Zach, Warren, and Kyle ( Justin Horsman's brother or Bethany's future brother-in-law) went biking in Acadia National Park and had a great time.

Maine is so beautiful! I just love it here especially in the summer.
